For products sold in standard sizes, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Not Eligible for Return

• Doors made to custom measurements,
• Products that have already been installed,
• Products showing signs of use.

Damaged on Arrival

If you notice damage to the packaging on delivery, please ask the courier to note it on a delivery report and contact us the same day through the Contact page.
