Burgaç offers an artistic character with a sculptural light brown wood strip curving and flowing down the right edge of a plain white panel, its fine horizontal grooved texture giving it a swirling, eddy-like movement. The plainness of the white panel makes this sculptural form the composition's clear focal point.
A slightly curved, long inox handle sits at the center of the panel. The timber ribbon waves down the right-hand edge, so your hand passes right beside it on the way to the handle - a detail you touch rather than one you only look at.
It stands slightly proud of the white panel, leaving a shadow that moves across the face through the day.
