Tavus frames a dark anthracite surface with a thin rectangular border, repeating vine ornaments in its corners, while two mirrored half-motifs at the centre form a symmetric shape reminiscent of an open peacock tail. This paired motif becomes both the composition's most ornate and most balanced point.
The light grey laser-cut lines read clearly against the dark field. The black bar handle on the left edge does not cut into the surface, and a small peephole shows a little above it.
The central leaf motif opens symmetrically, so the door is as showy as a peacock without losing its order. The corner vines enclose that motif and hold it at the centre of the door, which is where the eye goes first.
