Halka combines a rustic, weathered grey-beige wood-textured surface with an industrial, decorative chain of interlocking hexagonal links running down a vertical axis. Thin horizontal lines connect the links, giving the composition an orderly, technical rhythm.
The gold-toned laser-cut lines create a warm shimmer against the weathered wood field. The black bar handle down the left edge and the small lens above it are the only working details on the face.
The interlocking hexagons leave an industrial accent on the weathered timber texture, so Halka holds the old and the new on one surface. Their number follows the leaf height while the size of each form is never touched, which keeps the interlock intact.
