Opal frames both sides of the door in a dark green-grey stone texture and sets a bright marble strip of cream and gold veining right at the centre, creating a striking contrast that seems to let light filter through the dark surface. A vertical brushed stainless bar handle is mounted on the marble strip, and a small peephole sits higher up.
The polished marble band gathers light between the darker stone, so Opal pulls brightness out of the door itself in a dim entrance. To land that band exactly on centre we measure both sides separately, and if the opening is out of square the difference is shared equally between the two edges.
