Arduvaz covers its entire face in a dark green-grey slate-stone texture with fine diagonal brush-like striations, letting the texture itself be the door's only character with no panel division or ornament. Nothing interrupts the stone texture except the small peephole at the centre and the vertical brushed stainless bar handle.
Arduvaz suits buyers after a fully minimalist, modern façade who want to move entirely away from wood grain. The diagonal brush marks keep the surface from being one flat colour - Arduvaz is for people who do not want wood grain but do not want plain paint either.
The marks all run the same way, so the face takes the light in one direction and stays alive without turning busy.
