Pusula pushes minimalism to its limit, placing a single focal point in the right-centre of a glossy black surface — a set of concentric diamond lines in a light wood tone, nesting inward like the layers of a compass or a target. The rest of the field stays empty and glossy, directing all attention to the motif.
A small peephole and two separate round lock cylinders are set high on the face. There is one focus on this door, and it is not in the middle but over to the right - that shift takes Pusula out of symmetrical minimalism into something more deliberate.
The motif's size follows the leaf: on a wider door we move it a little further out instead of making it bigger.
