Tas is a minimalist fire door with a tough, solid character, its dark gray surface kept in the same tone as the frame around it. This unified color approach gives the door an almost monolithic look, like a worked block of stone.
A narrow vertical glass strip running down the center offers a practical detail that allows a view through to the other side of the escape corridor. A bar across the middle lets someone whose hands are full open the door with their body instead.
