Gelincik is a double-leaf fire door with a vivid red tone recalling poppy flowers, standing out even from a distance, with a vent grille on each leaf. Rectangular vent grilles set into the lower section of each leaf are made of fine horizontal slats that support air circulation within the space.
Being able to open both leaves together at a boiler room entrance lets the whole team inside get out at the same time. The vivid red tone helps the door stand out clearly on a building facade.
The vivid red makes the door findable from the far end of a grey factory corridor while the louvres pass the storage air through; give us the opening and the pair is made to fill it exactly.
