Orders and Pricing

• Prices are set independently in TRY, USD and EUR; visitors may choose the displayed currency.
• For products without a listed price, a quote is obtained through the "Ask for Price" form or WhatsApp; the agreement takes effect once that quote is accepted by both sides.
• For custom-size products, the order is confirmed once the buyer has verified the measurements.

Delivery

Delivery time is the number of days shown on the product page for in-stock items, or production plus dispatch time for pre-order items. The delivery zone and fee are confirmed when the order is accepted.

Right of Withdrawal

For products that are not custom-made, the buyer may withdraw within 14 days of delivery. Custom-size products, made specifically to the buyer's measurements, are excluded from the right of withdrawal. See the Returns & Exchanges page for details.
