Tarak stands out with a glass transom above its reddish-brown wood double leaf, stacked vertical inox bars resembling comb teeth that add an extra band of light to the entrance. Small grid-glass insets set between stacked raised panels on both leaves add an elegant detail.
An angular zigzag chrome handle on the wide leaf's edge gives the design a modern accent. The vertical battens comb the space above the door instead of closing it off, so light enters in stripes and the hall gets a brightness that shifts through the day.
How many battens there are follows the width: a wide entrance gets more of them with the gaps unchanged.
