Şerit presents a clean, contemporary surface of thin horizontal wood-toned planks in reddish-brown, split across the middle by a wide stainless band that gives the door a clear modern character. The long bar handle sits on that band next to a cylinder lock, and a small peephole is placed above it.
A narrow fixed side panel widens the overall entrance impression. Horizontal strips make the door look wider than it is, so on a building clad in horizontal lines Şerit carries the wall's rhythm across the opening instead of cutting it.
We set the stainless band's height from the leaf and place it where hands naturally reach.
