Katman builds a layered texture across its light brown wood double leaf with horizontal frosted glass strips of varying widths, wide bands gathered near the top and middle and narrower ones toward the bottom. The arrangement gives the door a rhythmic, balanced look.
Each leaf has a recessed round handle and a cylinder lock. The frosted bands are deliberately unequal in width, so the face reads as layers rather than a repeating row, and the rhythm shifts as your eye travels up.
The frosted glass brings light in while the timber keeps the door warm, so the entrance looks neither all glass nor fully closed.
