Kadife presents a striking double-leaf entrance in a glossy dark brown-burgundy wood finish, with a slim chrome-framed vertical glass pane set into each leaf. S-curved chrome pull handles stand on either side of the glass, as much a sculpted detail as a grip.
The glossy wood grain catches the light for a lively look. On a marble threshold the gloss burgundy finish throws the light back, making the door the most visible surface in the lobby - Kadife is for buildings that want their entrance to show.
Both leaves carry the same pane, so the pair reads as a single surface when shut.
